How to answer your forms?

In DataScope, forms can be answered through our application (offline) and/or through a link directly by DataScope or with our Google Forms integration. 

App Installation

To install the DataScope app you need to follow the instructions below, depending on the operating system of your mobile device.

 Android 

On your device, open the App menu. 

Tap the Play Store app. 

The app will open and you can browse through it, and search for the DataScope app. 

iOS

Enter the App Store on your mobile device 

On the bottom right hand side you will see a magnifying glass where you should click 

Once in the search engine you will be able to search for the DataScope app. 

Once the app is installed, you can log in using your User (email) and Password credentials. 

Application Overview 

Once inside the application, you need to enter the Forms section within the main menu. 

This section will display the forms to which the user has access. To answer a form simply open the desired form and start answering the questions.
